Strength.
Balance.
Independence.
Preventive strength and mobility training for adults 55+, brought to your home and your community — before a fall or injury forces the issue.
"We come to you. We help you get stronger. We help you continue living the life you want."
Preventive, not reactive.
The Stronger at Home philosophy
Getting stronger shouldn't wait for an injury.
Most adults 55+ know movement matters. What stops them isn't willingness — it's the barriers in between.
The gym feels wrong
Inconvenient, intimidating, or physically hard to get to and get through.
Uncertainty about what's safe
Which exercises actually suit their age, conditions, and current fitness level?
Financial dignity
Hesitation to spend on themselves, or to accept an expensive service paid for by their children.
Rehab-first services
Most existing options appear only after a fall, surgery, or serious decline — never before.
Meanwhile, neighborhood gyms have trained professionals sitting idle through the day. Stronger at Home connects an underserved population with an underused fitness workforce — through a trusted, hyperlocal network.
One connected journey, from first assessment to lasting routine.
Assess
A health, fitness and mobility screening establishes a safe starting point.
Plan & match
A personalized program is built, and a nearby qualified trainer is matched.
Show up
Individual or small-group sessions, at home or within the community — around 30 minutes, 2–3 times a week.
Track
Every session is logged: attendance, duration, focus area, and progress toward goals.
Stay connected
The member's support circle sees exactly as much as they've agreed to share.
Reassess
Periodic check-ins evolve the program as strength, balance and goals change.
Built on trust you already have.
Rather than building a workforce from zero, Stronger at Home partners with neighborhood gyms to unlock time they'd otherwise leave on the table. Members can be served any time from 6 AM to 7 PM — the pilot itself will start with trainer slots between 11 AM and 4 PM.
"The trainer you trust. Now helping your parents stay stronger too."
Sunflowers turn toward each other.
Every membership includes up to six people. The member sits at the center — and decides exactly who joins, what they can see, and when that access ends.
at the center
Each person in the circle sees only what the member allows — a spouse, an adult child, or a professional all have different needs.
Role-based access, set and revoked entirely by the member.
Not surveillance. Connection.
"Amma, I saw you finished your eighth session! That's amazing!"
Whether an adult child lives across town, across the country, or across the world, they can see just enough to say the right thing at the right moment — turning progress into an everyday reason to reach out.
Roughly ₹100 a session — treated as a design constraint to test, not a permanent price.
"I can choose this for myself."
Affordability is a product principle, not an afterthought — and it should never come from underpaying trainers or cutting safety corners. The pilot will test which delivery model makes that sustainable.
A small, closely observed start — in one Bengaluru community.
The goal isn't scale yet. It's proof that members will show up, stay with it, and feel the difference.
Bring the pilot to your community.
